BIM Implementation - Commissioning Process

BIM 4Dservices has a specific process for any new client. The methodology and process followed helps in reducing the Ramp Period.

Our typical procedure involves:

• Understanding of the project in detail – Type of engineering drawing, changes or details to incorporate in the drawings, required design styles, size of sheet, scale of drawing, format of final drawing and models.


• Receiving the drawings/designs. Upload, email or ship them as per client’s convenience for review and better understanding of requirements at both the ends.


• After studying the project thoroughly, BIM4Dservices will communicate with you about over understandings.


• BIM4Dservices will then send the quote for time and cost, breakup and time frame for your project.


• After mutual agreement, BIM4Dservices will work on the final drawing.


• The completed drawings/models undergo a process of Quality Check & Auditing for Quality Assurance using Acceptance Sampling.




These preliminary drawings/models are sent to you for approval. Revision if any shall be stated in the preliminary drawings/models are sent to your for approval




All our technical expertise, communication tools and infrastructure helps in doing the process very fast and effective.




We also support on-line training for the project, which makes the learning faster and effective and gives better quality and output.

Process Planning And Implimentation

Project is planned keeping in mind the turn around time and the delivery schedule and the project team is formed in accordance. The project is then implemented.




Transition

We then transfer the completed job over the ftp site. Once approved by the client, the output is considered to be final.
